- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I switched to MemberOne because of my experience at Suntrust. The three tellers were always pleasant and professional, however, the women at the help desks were unprofessional. On multiple occasions after the customer prior to me walked away, they would say rude and inappropriate things about her. This made me never want to be the next person because, what might they say about me once my back is turned? When talking to the women they acted as though I was a great burden and would sigh or roll their eyes. I'm extremely happy that I never have to go back.By Alexandra Bonforte, November 26, 2017
